Difference between fundamental rights and legal rights
Fundamental Rights are assured by the constitution to every citizen irrespective of his caste, creed religion, gender, age, community and enthnicity.
Except during emergency, a citizen cannot be deprived of his fundamental rights.
Legal Rights can be subjected to certain conditions.
2.) When fundamental rights are violated, one can file a writ petition directly to the High Court or supreme court while cases relating to legal rights can be heard in any court of law.
